J Camera is designed for local-only photography and does not transmit your photos.

Capture processing

The live viewfinder and processed photo are produced on your iPhone. J Camera has no server, no account, no login, and no cloud backend.

Photos access

J Camera uses add-only Photos access to save a processed photo. It does not read your Photos library. After a successful save, the Photos app and your Apple photo settings control storage and synchronization outside J Camera.

Local app data

Your selected profile is stored locally on your iPhone so J Camera can restore your choice.

The recent gallery uses an app-local archive containing photo-derived preview copies and gallery metadata. This archive is separate from the full-resolution photo saved to Photos.

Data J Camera does not collect

J Camera has no advertising, no tracking, no subscription, no analytics payloads containing photo content, no AI or ML dependency, no face data, and no location properties.
